1. Who we are

This shop (BadgePress, buttonmaken.photoevents.nu) is run by:

2. What we sell

Custom 75 mm pinback buttons with a safety pin, made to your own design. Every button is printed, cut and pressed by hand. We sell from a limited stock: when it runs out, the shop closes.

3. Your order

• You design your button or buttons online, choose the quantity and enter your delivery details.
• Prices are in euro. The total shown before you pay (buttons plus shipping) is the amount you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
• The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. You then receive an order confirmation by email.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the design breaks section 4 or if we can't make it (for example because the stock ran out).

4. Your design

• You are responsible for the images and text you use. Only upload material you made yourself or may use (copyright, logos and trademarks, photos of people).
• No illegal, hateful or discriminatory content, and nothing that breaks someone else's rights.
• You allow us to use your design only to make and deliver your order.
• Check your design before ordering: we print what you designed, typos included. Keep text and important parts inside the safe zone shown in the designer, because the edge of the print wraps around the button.

5. Payment

You pay online with one of the methods shown at checkout, handled by Mollie or PayPal. We never see your card or bank details. Your order goes into production only after the payment is confirmed.

6. Production and delivery

• Buttons are printed on an inkjet printer, so colours can differ slightly from your screen. Small differences in centring are normal for hand-pressed buttons.
• We ship with bpost to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg. Costs and details are on the shipping & returns page.
• We usually ship within a few working days after payment, and at the latest within 30 days. When your order ships, you receive an email. Small orders travel as a letter without a tracking number; from 5 buttons we send a parcel, and the email includes the bpost tracking number.

7. No right of withdrawal

Every button is made to your own design. Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). You therefore can't return buttons because you changed your mind.

Want to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If we haven't started printing your order yet, we cancel it and refund you in full.

8. Damaged, faulty or wrong buttons

Your legal rights (the legal guarantee that what you receive matches your order) always apply. If buttons arrive damaged, are faulty, or don't match your order, for example because of a printing mistake on our side or a wrong quantity, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We then reprint and resend them, or refund you. This doesn't limit your legal rights.

If your letter or parcel gets lost, we send your order again or refund you.

9. Liability

We are liable for the buttons we deliver as the law requires. Except where the law doesn't allow it, our liability is limited to the amount of your order, and we are not liable for indirect damage.

11. Law and disputes

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we'll look for a solution together. You can also turn to the consumer organisations or the courts of your country.
